Sit at the sushi bar where you can order from the menu for traditional cuisine including edamame, tempura, teriyaki chicken, sushi and many more.  Sushi-vinaigrette Japanese rice topped with cooked or uncooked fish and vegetables.  There are various types of sushi.  Sushi served rolled inside or outside with nori (dried and pressed layer sheets of seaweed) called Rolls.  Sushi made with toppings laid with hand formed clumps of rice called Nigiri.  Toppings stuffed into a small pouch of fried tofu called Inari.  Toppings served scattered over a bowl of sushi rice called Chirashi-zushi.  Making sushi is a form of art.  Our trained chefs take time and effort to make each sushi by hand.
